Peer Coaching

Peer coaching offers you the opportunity to reflect on challenging leadership situations in a group of your peers. The peer coaching group offers a confidential setting in which members can meet regularly to discuss a specific question or problem posed. This provides the opportunity to reflect on current leadership challenges (e.g., conflict in a team) or other professional challenges (e.g., implementation of a new role or function). Peer coaching participants can draw on the group’s resources and develop solutions and strategies for the leadership challenges under discussion. The sessions are accompanied by members of the UZH Leadership and Governance Academy team, who can provide additional input as required.
