Damaris Wyss joined the CHESS team in April 2025. In this role, she supports professorial appointment committees in the assessment of candidates’ leadership skills.

Damaris Wyss studied psychology, educational psychology and employment law at the University of Zurich. She chose motivational psychology as an area of interest and explored the effect of a leaders’ regulatory focus on the creativity of employees (an experimental simulation study). After her studies (2010) she continued her education at the Handow Company in Munich and trained to become a certified coach. Since then she has been working as a coach in her own business (Wyss Consulting + Coaching, work with joy and success).
