Introductory module:
Two-day course on the topics academic leadership environment; leadership roles; leadership of organizational units; leading employees; aspects of self-leadership
Three advanced modules:
Three supplementary modules:
Three courses on the topic of leadership to be chosen from the range of in-house continuing education courses for UZH staff, or the Graduate Campus
Individual Leadership Coaching:
Three coaching sessions with an expert, addressing specific and individual questions about leadership
