Introductory module:
Two-day course on the topics academic leadership environment; leadership roles and conflicts; leadership of organizational units; leading employees; aspects of self-leadership
Three advanced modules:
Personnel Selection and Onboarding; Managing Teamwork Effectively; Finanzmanagement an der UZH (avilable in German only)
Three supplementary modules:
to be chosen from the range of in-house continuing education courses for UZH staff, or the Graduate Campus
Individual Leadership Coaching:
Three coaching sessions with an expert, addressing specific and individual questions about the leadership process
