Conflict Management

In the conflict management course, you will address a wide range of topics in the field of conflict management with the goal of efficiently recognizing, addressing, and resolving conflicts within the team and the organization. A theoretical component will provide the necessary tools, which will then be applied to everyday situations of the course participants.

  • Recognizing, addressing, and resolving conflicts within the team and the organization
  • Applying learned principles in conflict situations
  • Being able to conduct difficult conversations
Target audience

Assistant Professors and Externally Funded Assistant Professors of the Faculty of Medicine and the Vetsuisse Faculty
